At Bridge Clinic, you’ll receive care from a committed team that treats you as a whole person, not just a patient. You are more than the sum of your health. Our staff is here to help you be healthier, connect you to needed resources, and even help you manage your healthcare expenses.

That means understanding your health goals, what you know and would like to know about your health, and the things that prevent you from being your healthiest. To really help means having enough time with you to learn about you. You are the center of your care at Bridge Clinic.

Bridge Clinic is a little different. We welcome all patients, whether or not you have insurance. As a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), we offer income-eligible patients a sliding fee discount. All patients can set up a payment plan for any remaining balances. Our Patient Financial Advocates will work with you to find any insurance and discount programs available to you. We participate in all local insurance plans and welcome patients who have Medicaid and Medicare.

Our professional and dedicated teams provide: personalized family medical care; dental care including cleanings, sealants, fillings, crowns, partials, and dentures; and individual and family counseling services. As a Bridge Clinic patient, you’ll have easier access to whole person care.
