This is a great full time (40 hrs. per week) opportunity for a dynamic, passionate, patient-centered dentist who is seeking a similarly minded team. Bridge Community Health Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), with a strong reputation for providing high quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care services, has an immediate opening. Our dental team provides general dentistry to a panel of patients according to ADA guidelines and Bridge Clinic policies and procedures. Services include preventive and restorative dentistry, extractions, prosthodontics, periodontics, anterior endodontics, and general dental health education to both adult and pediatric patients. Required Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD graduate of an accredited dental school
- Licensed to practice dentistry in Wisconsin; maintains current DEA registration, BLS certification and liability coverage insurability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 1-3 years clinical practice experience
- Experience working in a FQHC or community-based clinic

Medical Director (MD/DO)
This is a unique opportunity for a dynamic, passionate, patient centered physician with 3-5 years of experience in family practice, IM/Peds or walk-in/urgent care who is looking for a blended role involving administrative functions and patient care.
Bridge Community Health Clinic, a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), with a strong reputation for providing high quality medical, dental, and behavioral health care services, has an immediate opening for a Medical Director. National Health Service Corps (NHSC) Approved Site.
In this full-time, 50/50 blended position, the Medical Director will maintain a panel of patients and provide oversight, leadership, and direction of the clinic’s clinical/medical/laboratory functions in collaboration with clinical leadership and the Executive Director.
Required Qualifications:
- MD or DO graduate of an accredited medical school; successful completion of a residency program
- Licensed to practice medicine in Wisconsin; maintains current DEA registration, BLS certification, and liability coverage insurability
- Board Eligible / Board Certified
- 3 years practice experience in a clinic setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Completion of health administration education or related program
- 3 – 5 years clinic practice and administrative or supervisory experience
- Experience working in a FQHC or community-based clinic
- Hospital privileges with OB deliveries

Operations Director
This Senior Leadership position assumes overall responsibility for the day-to-day management of quality improvement data, systems and processes, compliance programs, facilities management and business services. This involves developing, organizing and assisting individuals, teams, structures, policies, processes and resources to support and meet the needs and strategies of the clinic. In conjunction with Senior Leadership, develops strategic improvement initiatives that align with the clinic’s overall goals, anticipated business challenges and opportunities, and that achieve the clinic’s mission.
Key Accountabilities:
- Serves as Staff to the Board of Directors Quality Improvement (QI) Committee.
- Ensures the clinic and all of its systems, processes, teams and employees are working together in an optimal fashion to meet the clinic’s mission and attain the goals set forth in the board-approved strategic plan.
- Fosters the use of evidence-based and data-driven practices to objectively measure outcomes and guide decisions and changes.
- Project manages the QI program, data reporting and analysis (e.g. UDS, core metrics, etc.), compliance visits (e.g. HRSA, DHS, etc.), Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) transformation, Electronic Health Records (EHR) optimization and facilities management, building services, compliance and risk management activities.
- Maintain QI Scorecard and provide data extraction and analysis.
- Oversees Facilities Management, Building Services (IT, preventive maintenance program, office equipment, grounds, etc.)
- Oversees regulatory readiness, quality measurements, public reporting, emergency preparedness, and related initiatives
- Supervises, on-site IT staff and Facilities and Maintenance Coordinator
- Services as the Compliance Officer and Privacy Officer
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Seven (7) years related health care experience
- Five (5) years health care management experience
- Strong record of collaborative leadership, project management, and successful improvement project implementation
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in project management, change management, or a health-related field
- Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, PDSA or other improvement methodology
- Quality certifications (CPHQ, CPHRM, etc.)
- Experience with management functions of an FQHC or grant-funded facility
