To schedule an appointment, call 715.848.4884 weekdays between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Please let the receptionist know what problems you wish to have addressed so that we schedule the appropriate time for your visit. If you are a new patient, please arrive 15 minutes early, so we can complete proper paperwork for your records.
